We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, with many tourist sites near the centrum of Medina. The staff provided exceptional service, including laundry, a paid airport shuttle, and assistance with tours and tickets. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, a comfortable sitting area, a spacious dressing area, and a safe for our valuables. The patio was a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the complimentary toiletries provided. The hotel even had electric blankets and a television for added comfort. The dining experience was fantastic, with a delicious breakfast served daily. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and catered to our needs.
